Translation error in F.08 and report painter

Hi

I have Obtained report from F.08 ( column 2) and report prepared in report painter (colnm 3) Both are in group currency (USD)

Their Local currency is JPY .  My query is that I am finding difference in both above translation report .

What could be reason behind this

correct answer is

F.08 and GR55 report are two different report and cannt be compared

F.08 is std report and require running of Periodic programs else it will not show correct balances

F.08 will adopt Ex rate type M ( as configured)

GR55 is std report and will adopt ex rate type as defined in spl purpose ledger . We had defined different ex rate tppe there . Also apart from that GR55 will show updated translated or vaulated figures . So no need to run F.05 as irequired in F.08

Hi,

It might be due to the currency JPY, possibly depends on the exchange rate is maintained. Usually JPY is maintained with the 1:100 ratio.

That didnot solve issue as ex rate is maintained as you said still am finding difference .
