IT Declaration Application is not gettng open

Hi ESS Experts,

I have configuration and maintained application paramter details for IT Declaration Application in LPD_CUST for EHP7. I can see intial screen of IT declaration application but when I select Create button, system shows

Thanks for reply.. We r not getting erro in ST22.

Following are details maintained in LPD_CUST for IT Dec.

Can u please confirm whether these paramters are correct ?

Or i have to maintain some other details.

Hello Puneet,

You have problem in Portal, Please check the defaulttrace of the Portal, There you will get the correct issue, why it is happening.

default trace you can see the exact error message and can you check in ST22? any dump?
