Lead column shows the cost element name

Hi Experts,

Some of my cost center reports (GR55) show the cost element number and the name instead of the cost element description.

However in the report settings (GRR2), lead column is defined to show the key and description (pls refer the screenshot).

Can anyone suggest me where the settings might have gone wrong?

Hi

In page (layout) settings you have to give maximum value allowed. Main menu--Formatting--Report layout.
