Partial authority for fired empoyees

Hello everybody!

I have one problem with authority.

The user has the authority to record data on the employee.

When we do firing this employee, it is necessary that the user hasn't authority for few infotypes (non-critical for re-hired, example 0022IT - Education).

Also, the same user must be able to re-hire that employee, and authority for 0022IT will be restored.

Hi Valeriy

Is it possible to place these employees in a specific employee group or employee subgroup and then have different authorisations of P_ORGIN to manage them?

When they are fired/retired they get moved to a specific group. In your authorisations do not grant access (or only allow M, R) to 0022 for that group?

Access absolutely should denied for 0022IT, when employee is fired.

We have PA0022-begda earlier than PA0001-begda, and user can see data of 0022IT.

In your solution will be same situation.
