Analyzing system logs

Hello

I was analyzing the system logs in GTS and i have found many logs repetive. The logs are below

/SAPSLL/API_INBOUND 070

You cannot create a customs shipment/customs declaration for document

&V1& becuse there is already a customs shipment/customs declaration with

the same reference to a feeder system document, such as an order or

outbound delivery.

/SAPSLL/API_INBOUND 006

The system cannot find a foreign trade organziation for legal unit &V1&.

These are repetitive. What could be the reason from ERP side? What steps can i take to solve this?

How to find which document and FTORG has brought this log?

Hi Aravind,

Usually the logs mention the document.

Error 70 is a result of transferring more than one billing document for the same Delivery Item.

Error 006 is due to not assigning the Legal Unit to a Foreign Trade Organisation.  Please check your configuration settings.

I understand the error. But i get these messages all together from many erp systems which are connected to GTS. Doesnt that mean any problem in GTS side?

Hi Aravind,

The 006 errors point to a problem with the GTS configuration.

The 070 errors point to a problem with the user training.
