Can't download the newest version of the abap development tools

Hey,

when I try do update my existing installation or to install the ADT on a fresh eclipse, I get the errors postet below.

Can I solve this problem or is it yours 🙂 ?

Hi David,

for me the installation works from both update sites (Luna and Kepler). Would this occur only during the update I would bet on a confused Eclipse update mechanism, which could be cleaned up by removing the SAP update site, restarting the IDE and adding the update site again (easily to do using the Export/Import option on the preference page).

During an installation into a fresh Eclipse, this error is most probably cause by something else.

Do you use a proxy? Is it configured for http and https?

I changed the updatesite to http and it worked. I think the IT guys here have done something in the https configuration,
