Balance C/F - Items to be carried forward - easier way available?

Hi All,

While specifying the fs items which need to be carried forward, I have more than 300 + fs items, and the system accepts three at a time or I have to add row - which takes a very long time.

Please let me know whether there is any other easier way of doing this....

Vicki, the item to be carried fwd is only for exceptions. BCS automatically carries fwd balance sheet items to them self (same item) and not P&L items. I think this is explained in SAP help for BCS.

Agreed with Dan statement.

In your thread mentioned that while customizing system will show three empty rows as per standard procedure.  But you are looking for more empty rows where can maintain values.
