New Service order created takes long time to fetch the search results

Hi Experts,

We have created a new Service order type transaction used in SAP CRM. We have successfully created link for creating and Search New order type. We are also able to create transaction without any issues.

The issue we are facing is with search functionality when new transaction is given as search criteria the without any other search criteria system is taking long time to fetch the records and sometimes it is timing out though we have not more than 100 records to fetch. However same search criteria for other existing transaction work perfectly. When we select new transaction along with other search criteria like date ,status  the search functionality work perfectly.

Please guide if any configuration part might be missed for new transaction or technical settings need to be done for new transaction with respect to the search functionality

Hi Deepika,

Time  is taking at class - CL_CRM_REPORT_ACC_DYNAMIC=====CP and table

CRMD_ORDER_INDEX. We have also done indexing for the table.
