Why E-Commerce Internet Customer Self-Service  asking for userid and password?

when I execute complaints tab of CRM portal

I get following screen in Production.How to avoid this screen ?

Please check the below details in SAP Help as it seems SSO issue:

Hi Sridhar,

It looks like the SSO is not processed properly.

Check in XCM whether any one changed the user type or check the SSO configuration in J2EE engine.

sso seems to be ok. how to check user type in xcm?
