After changing the employee responsible, the other areas of the transaction is changed.. why?

Hi All,

Before editing, the details are as following screenshot in transaction.

The issue is, when we change the Processor (Employee Responsible(User)), the Asset Owner(Sold to party) and the shipping address in transaction are become empty fields, screenshot is attached below for your reference.

Could you please give me your inputs to fix this issue.

Hello Maddy,

It could easiliy be that the partners are redetermined after entering the employee responsible. You could check the partner determination procedure in the transaction type in SPRO-customizing.

Hi Maddy,

I assume you that the SAP delivered inbox status customizing has been changed. Usually "Completed" is assigned to Inbox status 0003 in

Interaction Center WebClient

  Agent Inbox

    Inbox Search Definitions

       Define Inbox Status

which is used in the coding. SAP note 1906982 should help here.
