BEX variable is very slow

Hi All,

I created  a workbook with the 2 queries.

When I execute this workbook   is taking long time to popup the selection screen ( 400 secondes)

And when I check SM50 I find the precess  CL_RSR_XLS_WORKBOOK

Can you help me please

It happens if there are too many queries inserted in the workbook. Any how check if any code is written in I_step = 1 and try to optimize it.

1958613 - Optimizing the BEx Analyzer Performance - Known Corrections and Best Practice Guidelines

And, can you please apply latest patch of SAP GUI for Windows 7.30  and

latest patch for BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.30 and check whether it helps you.
