Hi Sandeep;

If the grievance process you mention is related to the received grades for an individual student we do have a self-service in place called "Grade Change Request". You can find it in the standard SAP SLcM webdynpro self-service library under: PIQ_GRADECHANGE* (appl. config: PIQCC_GRADECHANGE).

Best regards

Rob

Dear Rob,

Thanks a lot for the help. We were trying to map Student Grievance process as a whole. It includes

1. Change of master data

2. Change of marks

Is there any standard webdynpros available for mapping both . Here Self service is not required . Student will come physically for the same. We were planning to give one interface for both .

Regards,

Sandeep

Hi Sandeep;

Here I would take a look at the SAP Student Lifecycle Management transactions of Student File (PIQST00 & PIQSTM) for maintaining student master data. For changing grades I suggest you use PIQST10 or PIQSTAW10. These services can either be delivered via the NWBC 4.0 client and/or the NWBC webclient.
