Mixed Storage with Multiple Batches of One Matl in Putaway Strategy C

Hi,

We have Putaway Strategy C in our Storage Type,

My Clients requirement is Matl. 1 with Different Batches should be placed in Same Bin . However Different Matl. like Matl 1 and Matl. 2 can not be Mixed.

Now with Strategy C , I have only two options , either to Allow Mixture or Not , but there is NO option for allowing with Same Matl with Different Batches.

System also not allows me to activate user exit for Strategy C. Hence please let me know how to achieve my clients requirement.

Hi

You can make put away strategy "Manual stock placement" and can write logic as per requirement.

Hi Krishna,

We have Active capacity Check Active.  e.g. The Capacity of our bins are 4 Units per Bin. Therefore when I tried with Manual Stock Placement , I got the error message that

Active capacity check only for putaway strategies C, I, K, L, P

Message no. LT222

Hence unable to use this Strategy.

Please let me know if you have any other methods.
