can't print label with yellow output

pls see below screen, I also try VL74, medium: print out, processing mode: I try both 1 and 2, it says:

No output for selection exist

Message no. VN057,

This HU is packed during VL02N pack,

so how to print this outpackaging label?

Hi Jolin,

Please check the following KBA as this will provide further
information for this issue:

1715737 - EK00: Picking list EK00 is missing after upgrade

Also check if Note number 1687453 is implemented in your
system.

1687453 - Output control does not add outputs as expected
