SAP FC 10 SP 15 ExcelLinks installation error

Hi,

We installed a new Platform with FC 10.0 SP 15 Patch1 on Windows server 2008 R2 Terminal Services US / Excel 2010 64 Bits.

To configure FC Add-in we receive this error message : CtExcelLinks.xll is not a valid add-in.

Is Excel 2010 64 Bits supported on Windows server 2008 R2 Terminal services? or we must install a 32 Bits?

Hi Soumaya,

This  note show only that Office 10 is supported but it did not specified if only 32 Bits or also 64 Bits?

On Master doc, It specified That only 32 Bits for Office 2010 is supported by Windows and Web FC client but it is not specified for Terminal Services server.It is just says that Office 2010 is supported.

Hello Kamal,

An enhancement request has been raised regarding the support of Excel 2010 64 bit (ADAPT01500189) for Excel links web.

However this has not been imlemented yet.
