Loan IT45 issue

Dear Gurus, While running payroll getting  error mssg.

No valid infotype 45 record exists for the loan (1010, 05), although this loan has not been completely repaid.

check the validity period for this loan

A vlid infotype 45 recor must exist for an open laon

Pls help me out to solve this.

Pls find the screen shot.

Hi,

Do like this, first delete the loan type 1010 06 wage types 78 & 45

then check the loan type 1010 05 what is the start and end date ?

delete the payroll run for the period 01.09.2014 which is already run in the system.

Now assign the amount 37400 on 01.09.2014 in the payment tab and run the payroll and check.

Hi Bapu,

Please check the repayment option for the loan 1010 with subtype 05. I think there was some amt yet to paid.. Please check the entry details for loan type 1010 wit subtype 05.
