Please anyone could help,
I n our scenario
An e-mail in the SAP CRM inbox has been assigned to person who is not able to use system due to some reason.
And his colleauges cant do that as only the employee responsible can reset the reservation in the inbox.
Please could anyone help on this how to change the person responsible for email.
