Payload not visible for the failed message alone

Hi Experts,

I am having a File to Proxy scenario. When the file is picked up by PI, it is failing due to message error. When i check for the payload, it is empty in RWB. I am able to view the payload for the other messages.

Can this happen because the payload was not generated properly?

What can be the reason?

Have you tried to check the audit log in the communication channel monitoring?, any exception there?

Hi Lavanya,

are you sure that you are able to inbound payload for other message? If you are not able to see the inbound payload for other message then set the below property to see both sender and receiver payload in message monitoring.

MS=3 & AM=3, this will enable to have receiver payload as well.

Are you doing any content conversion in file sender?

It could be possible. Did you check the source file? is it valid?
