GRC Access Control Approval workflow

Dear Experts,

We were configuring the GRC Access Control Approval workflow(in GRC 10.1). We have twostage approval, where the second stage is the Role Owner stage.

We do not have Role Owners for all roles. Hence for roles where there is no role owner, can we have an auto approval set so that the stage gets approved and the roles assigned.

Pls if someone can help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Katrice,

If you are using standard Role Owner agent, you can use NO ROLE OWNER routing rule and move all the roles without role owners to no stage path (You need to create a path without any stages), so that those roles get auto approved.

If you are using custom BRF+ role owner agent and If your roles without role owner has some common criterion like business process or company code or something else or you can define something common criteria for those roles without role owners and define a routing rule for these roles without role owners and move them to no stage path so that they get auto approved.
