Budget return during PR/PO close

HI sapient

CASE (SERVICE PROCUREMENT PROCESS)

PR created - 20 quantity value @ 10 = 200 (Budget consumed in PR Rs 200)

PO created - 10 quantity value @10 = 100 (Differential budget return {200-100=100))

Service entry sheet has been created for 8 quantity and invoice booked for 8 quantity @ 10 = Rs 80

User closed the PO (delivery completion) with remaining quantity of 2

PR is also closed subsequently

ISSUE

After closing the PR and PO with remaining quantity 2 system didnt return back the budget of balance quantity of 2 @ 10 = 20

Please look in to the issue

Hi,

You should check FMIOI table for the relevant PR and PO and see if the behaviour makes sense. Did you execute FMMC transaction to close the commitments?

If you are not sure about this, please, post the screenshot of FMIOI table in your feedback.

As stated in the above case i saw in the FMIOI table it is showing value 100 even after tick in delivery completion indicator in PO

i have executed FMMC transaction it does not have impact. one thing i observed that as per the above  case while reducing the quantity from 10 to 8 in the service tab of PO system successfully returns the budget.

please suggest

Hi,

If your PO is fully consumed by actual GR and/or SES, then its closure won't reduce the consumption. That's why I wanted to see FMIOI output to check how consumption of PO commitment (amount type 0200) is registered.

Are these all the info (lines) for this PO? Try executing FMN4N and check if something is changed.
