Deactive absence Type

I need to deactivate a Absence Type for SAP and ESS Could  you guide me how to deactivate a Absence Type

Hi Giri,

Please delimit the absence type in Tables V_T554S and V_T554S_WEB from the date the absence type is no longer applicable.

Hi Vivek

As per your advise i have done the same the record is getting delimted but one more record is created which is not required for my requirement

01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999 (Initial Record)

01.01.1900 to 27.11.2014 (Delimit and press enter)

28.11.2014 to 31.12.9999 ( Getting one more record which is not in my requirement )

Pls guide me

Hi Giri,

Please select the 2nd record and delete it. This will leave you with only one record.

Absences and Attendances are created based on Personnel Sub-Area Groupings, so you should first identify for what PSA Grouping the Absence code should no longer be available.

Then, for that PSA Grouping, delimit the Absence code as mentioned by Vivek.
