Problem with charts fonts

Hello,

We have two servers, one for tests and other for production, on the tests server, the fonts in charts(labels, legends of all kind of chats -line charts, colums charts)  shows fine at report viewer, however, on the production server, they are distorced and stretched horinzontally. The font seems bold and letters are overlapping each other. It affects the text within the chart, the chart itself is not affected. Changing fonts type, color or size has no impact on this issue, We are using default Arial font.

Hi Marco

Get to Service Pack 12 on both the dev and test servers:

After that things will depend on the printer driver. Make sure the printer driver used on the test server is updates with the latest patches and that it is designed for the OS. For more info see:

(Note that the above series of documents will apply even if you are not printing. This is due to the report engine printer dependencies.)
