Short Dump - 500 SAP Internal Server Error / Error: Precondition Violated (RABAX_STATE)

Hi,

We had recently SPS12 upgrade, after which when employee trying to update their dependent benefit data in ESS portal a short dump error is being displayed. It is basically IT167.

Request quick inputs to resolve...

Hi Sriram,

I did went through the thread you have mentioned before I posted this message.

The context in which I'm getting this error is different, here employee was able to do it, and all of a sudden he/she is not able to update benefits data in portal.

Roles are still same and we are on EHP5...
