Restric S_ALR_** reports at org level

Hi,

We wanted to restrict following reports at organization level ( Eg Company level,plant level cost center leval).

S_ALR_87013533

S_ALR_87013542

S_ALR_87013564

S_ALR_87013611

S_ALR_87100185

S_ALR_87100186

S_ALR_87100187

I could not find any authorization object company code level and plant level

There are multiple companies and plan in our system .

How can we restricts above reports

Hi Sahil,

Why cannot you use dynamic selections and filter the company code, plant and cost center. this is the best way without any major changes.

you can create a variant and make this default variant.

However this might not be a dynamic solution, to update based on user's role.

I think these t-codes are not related to company code or plant.

To get a all authorization objects for a t-code, you can look into the t-code SU24.

Yes. You need to create your own custom authorization object.

I dont think you have standard authorization to restrict report at company code or plant level. Below are the available authorization,which i can find in SU24.

C_PROJ_KOK	PS: Controlling Area for Project Definition
C_PROJ_PRC	PS: Profit center for project definition
C_PROJ_VNR	PS: Project Manager for Project Definition
C_PRPS_ART	PS: Project type authorization for WBS elements
C_PRPS_KOK	PS: Controlling Area Authorization for WBS elements
C_PRPS_KST	PS: Cost Center Authorization for WBS elements
C_PRPS_PRC	PS: Profit Center Authorization for WBS elements

Else may be you need to give a custom object.
