Error in one system and no error in other one

Hi Guys,

I have logged with a user and when I try to view a page I am not getting any error. But my colleague, when he logs in with same user from his system and try to view the same page he is getting the error has " Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your portal administrator for assistance.

Help would be appreciated.

Guys It has been solved. Actually it is a webdynpro abap iview and I was using the portal in http and my colleague in https. But the iview doesnt throw any error like "page not..." when viewed through http and throws errror only in https. How to get it in https also.

Try to clear the caches of portal.

Hi Madhu,

This could also be the Portal Content Permissions issue.

Please compare the permissions assigned to your User Id and your colleague's User Id for the same PCD object (iView / Page).

Also do follow the steps as suggested in the above replies.

Hi Madhu,

Check your internet explorer version you and your colleague.

and clear temp, browsing history in explorer from your colleague system then try, it should work.
