HI Exports,

i am using s/w   SAP BO3.1 sp7 ...

iam able to refresh the reports in Info view .While i am Edit reports .iam facing  issue "Unexpected error. If you cannot reconnect to the server, close Web Intelligence and start again. (WIJ 20002)"

But i am able refresh and edit in Rich client

Iam facing this issue for all the users , even admin also

Could it be like note 1410553 - Java Report Panel fails to launch "Unexpected error" (WIJ 20002) when editing a web Intell...

Resolution

1. Deactivated from Internet Explorer> tools> Internet Options> Advanced
2. Under the 'Microsoft Virtual Machine' section, uncheck all the options.

Solution : I restarted SIA services ..Now i am not facing any  issue...
