Hi gurus,
My requirement, is to update day by day, a organizational strucure within CRM from R/3 with all the infotypes, via JOB or any option.
I Mean, is to copy all the structure
from R/3:
O organizational structure
+---> S Position
+------> US user
to CRM:
O organizational structure
+---> S Position
+------> BP Business Partner
This information is located in the below tables
R/3 | CRM |
---|---|
HRP1001 | HRP1001 |
PA0001 | HRP5581 |
HRP1000 | HRP1000 |
T777A | T777A |
HRP1028 | HRP1028 |
To do this I've two options:
a) Make a z custom program in which i could
b) Maintain organizational structure via middleware/bdoc/ale, I've worked with this but I don't know exactly if I can copy all the data using some of this options.
Any help would be quite useful.
Thanks in advance.

I never faced this scenario, If i'm not mistaken the integration don't go trough BDocs is a ALE related. Did you check the help?
Role Employee for HR Integration in CRM - Business Partners - SAP Library
It points to the customizing path, maybe from there you can get some useful information
Cheers!
Nope...I never heard about that, but if SAP provides you a integration solution(ALE), I would go straight to it, otherwise I will skip some integration cases/functionalities that SAP is already delivering and losing the option that SAP supports me if something goes wrong or not as I expect. so NO, even without knowledge about data flows I wouldn't go for that solution, the only exception to this is that I already investigated the standard one(ALE) and doesn't full fit what I need, custom development is always my last option.
