ticketing tool for SAP supporting....
3rd party SAP tools are used in support projects. We call them support tools. For eg: Remedy,ITSM, Radix, Clarity etc.
Widely used tools are Remedy, Radix, ITSM ,Clarity, kintana,quality center (testing & simulation) etc
But companies using opensource code to create different tools internally and externally.
Specifically we can't say what are the opensource ticketing tools.
As of my knowledge ITSM and RADIX both are best open source ticketing tools.
