Hi experts,
we use the crm_ui servicedesk.
is there a way to assign different steps (kind of actions) to a certain service request template.
for example we receive a service request "new employee". We would like to link to this template a number of steps like this:
when support team 1 has opened the service request, he sees the following steps:
- step1: create active directory user
when completed step1 => forward request to other support team
- step2: create SAP user
when completed step2 => set status to "proposed solution
is it possible to add such action list to a template with this kind of information?
and is it possible to add some kind of button "completed" for each step, and when pressed it automaticaly does the action like described above?
Regards,
Kenny
Hi Kenny, you can take a look at checklist an associated them to your service request. You can take a look in
SPRO > SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide > SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (Optional) > IT Service Management > Checklists > Define Checklist Profiles
