Crystal not working on SAP 9.0

Hi All

After upgrading a customer to SAP9.0 PL11.. I cant edit the crystal layouts or save the layout from crystal into SAP (addin > Save as)

I uninstalled Crystal 2008 and installed crystal 2011 as crystal 2008 is not compatible with SAP9.0...and still having an issue;

The error i get in SAP b1 when i go to the layout and click edit is:

cannot connect to Crystal 2011. Please make sure crystal 2011 is installed"

When i go into crystal and try to save the layout in SAP, the error i get is:

Unknown error occured. user code does not match: User Object  and company object.

I uninstalled crystal 2011, removed all the business object folders from the program files...and reinstalled crystal 2011.

i also made sure of the datasource connection on the layout  is OLEDB.

I then tried to preview a standard crystal layout (purchase quotation) and get the error:

Error while connecting to Crystal Runtime; check the installation

i have uninstalled the client and Crystal numerous times now..still the same issue.

*this is happening on the sap server.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue??

I followed those steps..but it did not work,

Please note that this is for Crystal 2011 and SAP9.0 PL11.

Hi

In following path there is a file called Crystal report sap business one Crystal report integration install that then check Addin menu will works

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Server\B1_SHR\Crystal

i tried that but got the error

Could not find crystal report designer!!

It is installed.
