Tax exemption letter to Vendor.

Hi Gurus,

for a company located in Italy i have to develop the functionality to create the "Letter of Intent for Tax Exemption" which will must be sent to the supplier. So my customer company is granted a VAT exemption, will notify their suppliers either by providing the VAT exemption certificate itself or by sending a letter with a reference.

Please, can you tell me if there is a standard solution for it or needs a custom development?
