Hello,
sorry if I have placed this in the wrong group, but I am not sure where to put it. If it belongs somewhere else, could a mod kindly move it?
I have created a ZRCP Condition (Display Cancellation Price) but now need to remove it (in below image within red box,) does anyone know how?
Thanks a lot,
Tanja
Hello Tanja,
I assume you are asking how to remove the condition record in the red box.
This depends on where condition records for ZRCP are maintained in your systems: ERP or CRM?
In ERP, go to transaction VK12, find your condition record, and delete it.
In CRM, the condition table 911 and condition type ZRCP have to be in a maintenance group, and that maintenance group has to be assigned to the context where you want to delete the record. If you have a maintenance group and you have assigned it for example to maintenance context CGM you can use transaction /SAPCND/GCM to delete the record (similar to VK12 in ERP).
Customizing for maintenance groups is in SPRO -> Master data -> Conditions and Condition Technique.
Best regards,
Manuel
