Hello everyone,
I created a dashboard with query browser, then I export to Power Point to be mailed, but when I open the Power Point, I always get the login window and want to know if is it possible to disable the login window somehow because users do not have access to BO ?.
regards
thank you
The dashboard probably trying to refresh data. If you have to refresh data, you need to be authenticated. You can use hardcoded credentials in the connection property in dashboard to avoid the login screen.

Hi Keith,
The powepoint would not work as you cannot hardcode credentials in case of query browser.
However you can do some customization in the dashboard and call t using a link so the users will view it in the browser.
