Hi Kabil,

As you know that Assignment field would be populated based on sort key mentioned in GL account.  Please check the GL and verify is there any changes done in sort key field.  Thanks.

Hi Kabil,

We are not getting exactly what the requirement is.

Do you want to see the assignment number as the Purchase order number? Set 014 as the Sort key.

Hello,

Apart from what Dibyendu suggested, you can double click the line from FBL3N and see the item details. Most probably you are checking incorrect year or line item number. Execute FBL3N for that document number only by selecting all item radio button in selection screen.

Are you sure that you are seeing the same document in FB03 and FBL3N ?

Check the company code and year properly, you may can post the screen shot of FB03 with the document number.

Have you checked the fiscal year ? And also check, your FB03 can contain more than one line item, Just double click on that G/L account which you are executing in FBL3N.
