Hiding Active queries in Work overview

Hi all ,

I want to hide working time approval, time monitoring, birthdays & anniversaries from work overview. I can do by Personalize in each user. but how can I do it to everyone together.?

Hi Namsheed,

You are right with personalization a user can  hide these queries.

Now you want to hide for all users.

As all are admin queries, Go to transaction POWL_QUERYR where these admin queries are assigned to role.

Remove the entries from there.

So you go to POWL_QUERYR there is a checkbox which is used for activate, uncheck it, These queries will be hidden from all users.

If they want to show they can go to personalization and add these.

Please see what is your requirement, do based on that.

RUN POWL_D01 report after these changes by selecting your application ID so that buffers will be updated with your changes.

go to powl_cockpit, select the inbox ie MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_2 or MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_3 which is being used ,( click register query as an example )and from these table you can remove the entries check the inbox being used
