Dear Experts,
I am not able to see any data in RZ20 of SAP ERP system on HP-UX.
In fact standard CCMS local segment is not working in Transaction RZ21 -> Technical infrastructure ->Display Topolgy ->Local Segments tab
and segment status showing as SHUTDOWN.
Even I tried to set it online and also tried to RESET SEGMENT in warm up status bit still it is not working.
I check the rfc connection (local ) & it is working fine and not found any information in SM21 logs.
Kindly suggest on this.
Regards,
Bharath.
Dear Barath,
Please attach a full screen screen shot from RZ20 to see what is the actual situation
What kind of agent is used? Is this system ABAP or double stack ?
Please check agent log in RZ21:

I would like to ask you to have a look at in SAP notes and blogpost:
#1614214 - RZ20 display does not work after SP upgrade

Is the SHM segment available?
"Alerts are stored in the shared memory segment and the total number of alerts are restricted based on the segment size and also based on the number of alerts which are kept for each MTE-attribute monitoring node."
