Hi,
We have integrated CRM in Portal instead of using CRM Web UI and on loading any transaction within this Role (TLN), we get a pop up saying 'Great EPCM failure'. This error doesn't come while navigating within other tabs/ roles on Portal. Please help in resolving the issue.

Did u checked your RFC connection details and the Java Version before connecting between two different instances . There will be error while configuring RFC connection manager to CRM or The Java version should be upgraded ,So check it once .Hope your error will be troubleshooted.

Thanks Lorraine for the suggestion. We are in the middle of a freeze period and will need to check the suggested note 1302244 later. Note 1298570 would not be useful since the text in message pop up 'Great EPCM failure!' will only get replaced with another text pop up and not remove the error.
I will let you know once we apply the note and if it helps resolve the issue.
