Pick material batches based on customer number

Hello Experts,

This question is related Warehouse with handling unit management.

We have process to pick and issue material batches based on customer ( for few customers only)

Can you please let us know how to pick the material batches, based on remaining shelf life per customer number?

Customer A - always requires batches with remaining shelf life equal to or more than 80%

Customer B - always requires batches with remaining shelf life equal to or more than 70%

Comstomer C - requires batches with 50 %

For other customer,  there is no such requirement. And goods are issued using FIFO strategy.

Current warehouse structure, has two storage types.  Full Pallet area and Partial Pallet area.

Partial pallet area (containing fixed bins for case picking ) is always replenished with oldest batch.

Let me know if anyone of you have implemented solution for such requirement.

Try to use the SD batch determination  and determine the batch already in the delivery.

Here it is possible to setup batch determination specific to customer requirements.

In our case Batch determination happens at the time of  transfer order creation.

That is too late to recognize customer requirements. The batch determination in WM is not as strong as the SD batch determination.
