Loyalty Activity Output Limitation

Hi Gurus

I am baffled by this issue. I thought it would be possible to configure around this but I've not been able to locate where this is possible.

If a Loyalty Membership has more than 100 Activities. Then not all of the Activities appear to display from the Loyalty Membership view, nor from the Point Account view.

This seems like a very odd restriction to have in place.

Is there a standard way to configure an increase in the display output maximum values.

Hi Panduranga,

You can do it, not an issue. But, it leads to performance issue.

When  you try to open a membership view/ point account view, it takes more than two or 5 minutes which is not acceptable to any business.
