Unable to Generate the Fire-Fighter Logs

I am unable to archive the fire-fighter logs for the last year, everytime I execute the system gives the dump. Currently EAM is not configured in my system, SPM is being used.Please let me know how can I archive the FF logs for the last 1 year.

can you please let us know your current release and SP level as well as a screenshot of the dump? Less information means bad quality of the answers.
