CCMS monitoring send Alert Email with both Green and Red alert

Hi all,

We have setup the CCMS monitoring for different customer and it works fine (autoreaction with mail , green alerting)

The only problem we have is that some RED and GREEN alert, are send in the same mail.

for exemple, for our customer it is really confusing, because when the sistem go down, the CCMSPING send the RED alert but when it come back available , we receive the lastest RED alert in the same mail with the green alert with and the the subject of the alert is the RED alert definition parameter SUBJECT_ALERT, and not the Green alert subject define with the following parameter : (SUBJECT_GREEN, SUBJECT_GREEN_CONT)

Does anyone has the same behaviour ? Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it ? Could it be due to the comparison value (actualy configured to smoothing over last 5 minutes)

I will try to configure with the "Last report value" and see how it reacts and let you know.

Hi Denis,

Sometimes it happens like this , So you reconfigure the CCMS or check the changes of any parameter.
