Recurring Transaction - Templates

Good Day

Interesting Challenge i'm facing with one of my clients on their Recurring Transaction Templates in Sales A/R.

When they open the Recurring Templates, the  Doc No., BP Code and BP Name is missing.

Can anybody please assist me with what to do?

They are on Version 9 PL 13

Hi Julian,

I suggest you to create an incident support message to SAP Global Support.

Or you can try SAP B1 9.0 PL15 to check if the problem is solved there

It may be application error. Tested in 8.82 PL04, all above field appears.
