leading zeroes in product ID transferred from mdm catalog

hello experts,

trying to shop from mdm catalog, but having issue due to leading zeroes in product ID.

product ID itself is maintained in SRM but because of leading zeroes, system cannot recognize it.

appreciate any help.

this is in srm7 ehp3.

issue is item catalog is not marked as service item in data manager, whereas it has product type 2 in SRM server.

define out put format and storage format of product id.

what is the setting exists here?

hope your materia 3******1 is exists in commpr01 tcode and data manager product field.
