Hi.
Could someone give me a hint what could cause this. Issue occures when I launch sap gui for html transaction-iview from portal.
The transaction(report) opens correctly and I select Menu->List->Export->Spreadsheet.
In the Select Spreadsheet menu, I choose continue.
Java Applet access checks pops up and I allow the process continue.
At this point the process stops and here is the last rows of Java Console log:
basic: Applet initialized
basic: Starting applet
basic: completed perf rollup
basic: Applet made visible
basic: Applet started
basic: Told clients applet is started
Select Spreadsheet -menu buttons can be accessed, but none of them works. Same happens with other type of exports like unconverted.
If I run the transaction directly from the backend using "test service" of sap gui for html in SICF, then the exporting works without problems.
In the attachment there is a screenshot of this frozen status.
The issue started after the portal was upgraded to 7.31 and backend EHP6 upgrade.
Security level in Java client is set in medium(least secure settings available)
SAP NetWeaver 731 Integrated ITS, WebAS: (Kernel 721_EXT_REL Patch 319)
Thank you for your help.
Hi Heikki,
See the following Blog from http://scn.sap.com/people/yuki.wang
I believe it maybe relevant to the issue you face here?

Thanks, but no luck with those.
Just received a message from SAP to wait until a new kernel update is available, then upgrade the kernel. They have updated the note 2096043.
Hi Heikki,
Do you get the
JavaScript error "Object doesn't support property or method 'ITS_Frameset'
Might be useful to do a HTTPWatch trace to see if you match the 1st scenario in this note
