Transport Issue in KM

Dear Experts,

I am unable to export or import the KM content in our Portal 7.3.

Please see the error log below.

and

Please help. Actually, import/export work well in Development System. But no idea why its not working in Production System.

Dear Jelbin,

The most often cause of the Import failure is that there is no enough free space in file repository where the imported *.kmc packages uploaded.

This repository is  "/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/config/cm/expimp/import_work".

Use the df u2013g command to see is there available space in the mount. If usage is close to 100%, portal cannot upload new files so the Import fails.

But the better way to solve the problem is to see the log file.

Otherwise check this thead.

Hello All,

The issue got resolved. We have increased the size of the folder.

Now we are able to import and export without an error.
