Several timeouts at standard transaction and same BD table AUSP

Hello guys, users had several timeouts at standard transaction CC02/CC03/CC33 and all of them crashed at the same point, a SELECT of AUSP table ...

"SELECT SINGLE OBJEK

    FROM AUSP

    WHERE AENNR = CHANGENUMBER"

I tested this select in ST04 transaction, for performance proposal, and I got a very bad cost of more than 3.068 milions. I had attached it in a document.
