Hello Experts ,

While doing Post Installation steps - i followed configuration wizard , and at the test setting option am getting the attached error :

I switched from Windows Auth to SQL Auth and it worked.

Can someone let me know how to get license key or elf file??

My question....is it stored at OS level also.

Yes I believe encrypted in the registry.

No key required? Maybe not for clients, but for server installations, you need to use the PCMSerialManager.exe tool that comes with the install files.

i got the elf file from my colleague which thn worked.will try the tool mentioned by you and share the results.

Now - I have one query with respect to login.

I tried to login with Adminstrator user in work manager but user is locked now.

     - is this the correct user.?

     -How to unlock the user ?

it worked for me.Now am able to login to Model builder and book viewer.

Now am trying to access the PCM web client and facing this issue - could you help me here.

Do you know how to search for SAP notes?

Yeah i found this too and reconfigured IIS server - still when i click on login am getting the same error.

Did you install the webviewersetup.exe (from the service pack installers)?

Is there a detailed error in Windows event viewer?

webviewer setup is installed and nothing can be found in event viewer.

Hello Jef ,

So finally i could fix it - i ran the configuration wizard again for the web url and added port in the web server URL during the configuration which solved the issue.
