Hi All,

Can we display  "pc00_m99_cipe  field " text on Posting run ..XXXXX while posting to FI.

Is there any way to display the same in FI FB03 for ref.

Yes it already there by default..

Tcode: PCP0 & check for "Text for Run" Column,,,

If you still don't get it..

Go to Change Layout-- A window will open with 2 tabs..

Click on Position Option.., & check whether Text for Posting Run is available with Pos. & Length..

Also check whether Text for Position Run is kept hidden or not...

It should not be hidden...

We have teh field of posting text,

but question is  how will get update in FB03 or in FI tables for ref.

Hi,

Go to Reporting to posting>>Activities in AC system>>Setup line item Text>> maintain the text you want to maintain.

Reporting to Posting >>Activities in HR system>>Create posting varients>>Select your varient>>Maintain thevalue for the text key as maintained in the above step

I think this will slove the issue.

Predefined text already there .

My Requirement is in "pc00_m99_cipe  field " text on Posting run"  this  field shoudl get refelect in FI FB03.

THis field is at time of Psoting USer will update manually

Dear SK,

The "text on posting run" is not displayed in FB03 and I have tried to do this but its not possible from our end, however you will have to convenience the client that it can be identified with document type and date of posting.

HR Document no / employee no and run no (run no i hop  only in  vendor posting in FBL1N) will display in FB03 FYI.

But tryng to get this posting text through any User exit available.

You can change the document type as 'HR' and this will be displayed in FB03.
