I have been requested to delete some customers from or CRM.

When tryin to delete the BP following message is diplayed:

AM266  - Personal address not deleted; other reference exists

I am trying to debug the deletion events but its quite complexe

On data side our bps have no addres details I have been able to delete them.

I have checked several notes for address consistency check and they look write ADRC, ADRP

Have your ever face this issue? Any hints?

Hello Pedro,

The error AM 266 generally occurs for the addresses  of table BCST_CAM. Go through note 835936  to resolve the error.

Hi Pedro,

This is happening due to inconsistancy in address data of customer. SAP has provided this report to fix  inconsistancy Z_BUT052_ADCP_CORRECT . Please check below sap note to impelement it.

836353    846390  842768. Hopefully this will help you.
