Hi,
I'm trying to print a report directly to a TSC label printer. My report has a size of 95mm (width) x 5mm (height). On the paper-roll the label is 95mm (width) x 5mm (height).
But this seems not to work. The report is always printed in landscape orientation and so it will print accross 2 labels. In the properties of the printer the paper size already put in the side.
When export the report to PDF and print it via the PDF reader, it works perfectly. But the label printing takes place at a point of sale, so it has to work automatically and the way via pdf is not an option. It need to direct print from the crystal report by calling the jsp.
Any ideas where I can tweak the direct printing process? I am using the SAP Crystal report 2013 sp1.

Latest update for CR 2013 is now SP 5, so that will be the place to start. Call 866-681-3435 and ask them for ftp link to the latest SP.
